Girls 200 Medley Relay

The race was a close affair, with both teams neck-and-neck after the backstroke legs. West Ranch's Nadine Fernando and Santa Margarita's Serena Ye led off with times of 26.40, tying at the end of the race. Emma Hussein's 28.08 split for West Ranch put them in the lead, while Haylee Pramono's 29.42 for Santa Margarita kept them in the hunt. Kalun Zhang's 25.76 for West Ranch and Daniela Scott's 24.60 for Santa Margarita in the fly leg maintained the close contest. The freestyle leg saw Emma Piltzer and Angela Lim touch in 23.31 and 23.32, respectively, securing West Ranch's victory.
Boys 200 Medley Relay
The Santa Margarita boys dominated the 200 medley relay, setting a new meet record of 1:30.45. This was a significant improvement on their previous record of 1:32.60, achieved by Corona del Mar. Sam Zhou's 23.01 start, Taylor Thongintra's 24.97 breaststroke leg, Darren Nguyen's 22.50 fly, and Bennett Korner's 19.97 freestyle leg propelled them to victory. Corona del Mar's relay, consisting of Henry Chang, Ethan Lim, Radomir Shostak, and Grant Christian, finished second.
Girls 200 Freestyle
Alyssa Ton from Fountain Valley High School claimed the gold medal in the girls' 200 freestyle, repeating her first-place finish from the previous year. Her time of 1:45.15 was impressive, though slightly off her lifetime best of 1:44.12. Charlotte Milkie from Santiago High School, committed to USC, finished second with a time of 1:49.01, while San Clemente senior Zoe Defabrique took the bronze in 1:49.83.
Boys 200 Freestyle
Northwood senior Andrew Maksymowski secured a repeat win in the boys' 200 freestyle, touching in 1:34.70. This was a new lifetime best for him, improving upon his previous time of 1:35.61. Liam Thomas from San Marino set a personal best to finish second, while Northwood sophomore Michael Wang took the bronze.
Girls 200 IM
West Ranch sophomore Emma Hussein won the girls' 200 IM in 1:57.23, the only swimmer to break the 2:00 mark. Her split times of 25.50, 30.21, 33.04, and 28.48 showcased her versatility. Haylee Pramono from Santa Margarita finished second, and Sofia Szymanowski from Corona Del Mar took the bronze.
Boys 200 IM
Fountain Valley senior Peter Vu, a Princeton commit, swam the top boys' 200 IM time of 1:48.60, just missing his lifetime best. Cooper Ren from Harvard Westlake finished second with a new personal best, and Crean Lutheran South junior Nolan Weijland took the bronze.
Girls 50 Freestyle
Gabi Brito from Santa Monica High School made waves in the girls' 50 freestyle, dropping 0.33 seconds from her previous time to finish in 21.66. This move elevated her to the 3rd fastest 15-16 girl in history. Ava DeAnda from Riverdale Poly-tech and Woodbridge High School junior Isabella Parker took the silver and bronze medals, respectively.
